We offer a refund, repair or replace guarantee for all of our patients on the Membership Scheme. This means that should there be any issue with the treatment we have provided (that hasn’t been damaged through trauma or neglect) within a 5 year period, we will either refund, repair or replace the item free of charge. In order to claim this guarantee we need to know that you are committed to taking care of your teeth and the treatment we have provided for you, which is why this guarantee is offered exclusively to patients on our Membership Scheme.
Those who have committed to our Membership Scheme are seeing us twice yearly for their Dental Health Risk Assessments and are minimising the bacterial levels in their mouth through seeing the hygienist regularly. To the patients who see us regularly who are not on the Membership Scheme, we will offer a similar guarantee under certain circumstances but this is at our discretion. We will not honour a guarantee on our dental work for any of our patients whom we have not seen for over a year.
