Lip Enhancements

Cosmetic Dentistry is not just about the teeth but also about the surrounding tissues in which those teeth are framed by the lips and the face.

The contour and size of the lips can make as much of a difference to a client’s face as the shape and colour of the teeth.

At the Victoria Jones Dental Studio we use filler products such as Restylane® for a variety of procedures to the lip which include; improving the contour of the lips, enhancing the cupids bow, uplifting the corners of the lips and in some situations create more fullness to the lip.

Re-contouring the lip can also help to smooth out the small peri-oral lines around the lip which contribute to the signs of ageing. Where just re-contouring the lip fails to achieve this completely, a finer gel can be used under the deeper lines around the lip in order to soften their appearance.

Local anaesthetic is used to anesthetise the lip prior to treatment to improve client comfort during treatment. The results of these treatments typically last about 6 months.
